TRAINING COURSES
Training in logistics to address the challenge of Industry 4.0

Training courses on advanced warehouse management, inventory control, and supplier relations

This new 4.0 paradigm presents many challenges, especially in logistics, as it requires managing smaller batch sizes and shorter response times, adopting intelligent logistic models, leveraging information to anticipate customer needs, managing end-to-end traceability, etc.
DIGITALIZATION
Logistics: a Pillar of Industry 4.0

Industry 4.0, coined in 2011 at the Hannover Messe fair (Germany), is a new paradigm characterized by the integration of digital and physical elements, as well as the blurring of barriers between these concepts, which is here to stay.

To address these challenges, logistics 4.0 must continue to delve deeper and innovate in areas such as inventory management, demand forecasting, warehouse automation, traceability transparency… In other words, in all those aspects that are becoming more accessible every day thanks to the development of technology: hyperconnectivity, Big Data, the reduction in the cost of RFID tags, etc., until they are all integrated, made to ‘talk’ to each other, and close the circle of this industry + logistics 4.0.

BONIFIED TRAINING
A course focused on introducing this trend

This month, we conducted a Purchasing and Procurement Management course under the Labora Occupied Plan.

In this course, logistics plays a prominent role, and we designed the training project to include all 4.0 trends and demonstrate them to the students.

In this course, students from various companies and some unemployed individuals received comprehensive training on warehouse functions, distribution types, inventory control, as well as supplier and customer relationships.

GREAT ACCEPTANCE
A successful course thanks to our two pillars

The success of this training has been achieved thanks to two fundamental pillars:

On one hand, the practical approach that the trainers applied in the course. Throughout the course, numerous practical cases were presented where students had to apply the knowledge acquired.

On the other hand, the experience of the trainers facilitated the participation of the students at all times. Through debates and personal experiences, students were able to expand the training by sharing real cases and their solutions. All of this helped students better understand the applications where the training received is valued.
