Specialized in consultancy and solution analysis for automated load transportation in intralogistics processes. We integrate multi-brand AGVs and any navigation system. Programming, commissioning, and maintenance of automatic vehicles in projects worldwide. We are founding members of the Spanish Mobile Robotics Association (ARME).
These vehicles transport loads by dragging wheeled platforms, either by positioning themselves directly under the carts to hitch and move them in solidarity with the vehicles’ own movement or by functioning as a tractor to transport a logistics train behind them.
They are characterized by their simplicity, both in installation and use.
- Unidirectional. Robots capable of performing cyclical circuits and dragging loads in a single direction of travel.
- Bidirectional. Allow maneuvers in both directions of travel, optimizing spaces and operations.
- Tractors. Advance in a unidirectional sense while carrying carts or logistics trains behind them.
We collaborate with the main brands of mobile robotics in the market, which gives us great versatility when offering the solution that best suits the process to be automated. We aim for the vehicle to adapt to the process, not the other way around.
- Magnetic. The most robust and reliable solution. It requires the installation of a magnetic strip (surface or buried) to guide the vehicle through the route it must follow, and a series of tags that indicate the instructions to be carried out to comply with the operation.
- SLAM. The vehicle is guided by fixed references in its environment. It facilitates process flexibility since it does not require the installation of any type of physical element.
The process is prepared and sized to consider loading times online and take advantage of vehicle stops to charge the batteries. In this way, AGVs can operate continuously and in fully automatic mode.
AGVs have an additional safety PLC that regulates the application of various laser fields based on the circuit’s characteristics and the vehicle’s speed at that time.
These types of autonomous vehicles bear the entire weight of the loads they carry, ensuring excellent maneuverability and efficiency, making them highly versatile vehicles for automating various applications.
We collaborate with the leading brands of mobile robotics in the market, which gives us great versatility when offering the solution that best suits the process to be automated.
We aim for the vehicle to adapt to the process, not the other way around.
These vehicles are autonomous bases on which to install any customized solution, such as:
- Lift tables adapted for transporting pallets, shelves, containers, or any non-standard base.
- Rollers or conveyor belts connected to the AMR to operate automatically.
- Collaborative robot arms for handling the pieces to be transported.
- Magnetic: The most robust and reliable solution. It requires the installation of a magnetic strip (surface or buried) to guide the vehicle through its route, and a series of tags that indicate the instructions to fulfill the operation.
- SLAM: The vehicle is guided based on fixed references in its environment. It facilitates process flexibility, as it does not require the installation of any physical element.
- Natural vision: Robots perform 3D mapping of installations and can differentiate the nature of objects in their path through artificial intelligence to make decisions. They can avoid objects and optimize routes based on variations in the work environment.
Our range of AGVs works with the entire range of weights and applications, from simple AMRs weighing just 100 kg to large vehicles with over 100 tons of cargo capacity.
AGVs feature an additional safety PLC that regulates the application of various laser fields.
Ideal for the transportation of palletized loads, these vehicles are suitable for directly replacing manual handling machinery in processes such as high-level storage, order picking for dispatches in assembly lines, or auxiliary flows of load transportation between processes.
We collaborate with the leading brands of mobile robotics in the market, which gives us great versatility in offering the solution that best suits the process you want to automate. We aim for the vehicle to adapt to the process, rather than the process adapting to the vehicle.
- Pallet Truck: Transport palletized loads from floor to floor. The most economical option within the range of automated forklift vehicles.
- Stacker: Forklift vehicles with a capacity of up to 6 meters in height and 1,600 kg in weight.
- Reach Truck: Allows optimization of logistics centers due to its high lifting capacity and reduction of working aisles.
- Counterbalance: Vehicles with the highest capacity in the forklift range. Ideal for transporting loads from 1.5 to 3 tons with good lifting capacity.
- Laser: Maximum precision using triangulation by reflectors located at strategic points in the installation. Vehicles unequivocally know their position at each point of the circuit, achieving optimal agility and accuracy in movements with minimal infrastructure.
- SLAM: The vehicle is guided based on fixed references in its environment. Facilitates process flexibility as it does not require the installation of any physical element.

We collaborate with leading brands in the mobile robotics market, which gives us great versatility in offering the solution that best fits the process to be automated. We aim for the vehicle to adapt to the process, rather than adapting the process to the vehicle. We analyze the production process to be automated to offer the solution from the partner that best suits the needs.

The company Robottions from Orbelgroup is one of the founding partners of the Spanish Mobile Robotics Association (ARME). It is a collaboration space formed by the main Spanish referents in the field of mobile robotics, aiming to make Spain a global reference in mobile robotics.
The association’s mission is to defend and enhance the interests of its members in a global environment where mobile robotics is the central axis of growth. Cooperation among the different members of this association is vital.
Together, we pursue different objectives seeking the greatest benefits for our clients in operational, economic, and functional aspects.
Spain is probably today the second-largest manufacturer and integrator of mobile robotics worldwide, second only to China, a fact unknown both in Spain and the rest of the world. The mobile robotics sector is expected to have a compound annual growth rate of over 10% for at least the next 5 years. In addition to manufacturers, an entire ecosystem of national suppliers and integrators has been generated for this sector. Currently, we have 20 partners covering the entire Spanish geography.
The commitment, collaboration, and proactivity of all partners are non-negotiable and a sure value in the pursuit of excellence. Therefore, we hold bi-monthly meetings to ensure the follow-up of all the lines of work established by the association and to guarantee the results for which it has been created.
There is a commitment to a training program in mobile robotics for partners, with the aim of promoting knowledge and professionalization of those responsible for providing service to end customers.
After a series of internal training sessions among the association’s partners, the ARME Academy will soon be launched, where we will make all our knowledge available to the customer.
